Since
1973 Marek S. Malicki has practiced as a full time partner and since
1995 as sole general practitioner and trial lawyer in the Malicki &
Malicki Law Firm. The success of the practice and its reputation are
built on his practical legal advice, intuitive and caring client
service. Since 1989 Mr. Malicki has served as a deputy Small Claims
Court judge in Central West Region in Ontario.

Malicki is able to provide advice and services including the
interpretation and challenging of Wills, mental capacity, the rights of

In the area of Real Estate Mr. Malicki acts for individuals and

commercial, industrial and residential properties, including homes,
condominiums or cottages as well as with commercial and industrial
