A graduate of the University Of Ottawa Faculty Of Law, Alfredo joined the Malicki & Malicki team in May of 2008. Alfredo practices and offers services in the areas of family law, corporate and commercial law, commercial leasing and franchising, wills and estates and real estate.
Alfredo has drafted numerous contracts and agreements dealing with commercial and matrimonial matters.
Alfredo is a registered notary public with the consulates of Argentina, Ecuador, and Uruguay.
Alfredo is fluent in written and spoken Spanish and also offers services in drafting, translating and certifying Spanish language documents.

Vanessa has been working for Malicki and Malicki for over 4 years. She has just recently returned to Malicki & Malicki after taking some time off to complete a BFA undergraduate degree. Her current role at M&M is to assist in office administration, reception, and real estate. She speaks both Spanish and English.

Elvira Sanchez de Malicki, MBA
Business Administrator
Elvira Sánchez de Malicki holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Queen's University. Ms. Sanchez de Malicki has worked with Malicki & Malicki in various capacities since 1969. She is also the founder and first President of the Canadian Hispanic Congress and has also served, among others, on the Boards of the Canadian Ethnocultural Council, the National Association of Immigrant and Visible Minority Women of Canada, the Federal and Ontario Councils on Multiculturalism and Citizenship, Harbourfront Centre, Telefilm Canada and the Ontario Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.

Elvira is also well known and respected as the Producer and Artistic Director of Open Experience Theatre and for her close to 30 years career in television as host, news anchor and independent producer, including “Ultima Hora” a nightly newscast and “Hispanos en Canada” (“Hispanics in Canada”) a nationally broadcast talk show that informed Hispanic Canadians and facilitated their integration into the economic, political, social and cultural life of Canada. contact
