Marek S. Malicki, supported by an experienced and dedicated team, has practiced since 1972 in the Malicki & Malicki Law Firm, which was established in 1959. The firm is a general practice that includes trial work. Since 1989 Marek Malicki has also served and he continues to serve as a deputy Small Claims Court judge in Central West Region in Ontario.

    When you die, ensure that you have decided who inherits your assets and who administers your estate. If you are incapacitated, ensure that you decide who looks after your assets and makes health care decisions. Do not leave the decisions to the government.
